Flower power!
What a wonderful flower the Strelitzia! It almost looks like a bird with colored feathers, in fact it is also called “Bird of Paradise”.
It was one of “Cicci” favorite flowers, my grandmother, it is no coincidence that it is a symbol of nobility, majesty and elegance, all qualities that you had.
It’s one of my favorite subjects and as soon as I find the right wood… I always create it!
The mosaic was made using a direct technique on a wooden panel.
Materials: Mixed Venetian smalti, artistic ceramics.
