One morning I was drinking coffee in my favorite cafe and at my table there was a small vase with a strange green flower that was soft to the touch. I photographed it and thought it’s beautiful, I want to reproduce it!
It is the second hairy green carnation that I have created, it is a beautiful subject and it has remained in my heart. The green carnation represents perseverance and knowledge, green evokes the relationship between psyche and nature, gives calm and balance, giving calming effects.
The mosaic was made using a direct technique tridimensional on a wooden door.
Materials: Mixed Venetian smalti, iron wire, brass wire.
